Hyperion's Skill Information

Almost all of Hyperion's skill has Earth Element. Especially, to survive Powerful Energy Blast, Using Earth Proof Scroll is helpfull.


  • Powerful Energy Blast : Random target, Strong AOE attack. -> Tanker should let the members know who is the target.
  • Cast IDE Energy : Random target damage + MP damage -> Tanker should let the members know who is the target.
  • Eerie Howl : AOE damage when Hyperion change his skill pattern.
  • Aerial Sweep : Attack to front Area + Aerial Thrust. Associated Takedown -> Tanker use Remove Shork only for this skill.
  • Takedown : Strong AOE attack. Add damage to aerial thrust state target.
  • Sweeping Strike : Attack to front Area + Stun
  • Falling Strike : Single target damage
  • IDE Energy Blast : AOE attack where around the target.
  • IDE Aetheric Field : Any attack will not be able to inflict damage on Hyperion during 40 sec.


Progress Information

Warming up

- When get in the Infinity Shard, There is a shield that can't inflict any damage on Hyperion.
- After kill all monsters in the instance and destory 4 IDE Forcefield Generator, Hyperion can be attacked.
- When last IDE Forcefield Generator is destroyed, The 20 mins time attack will be started. So, should get all prepare before destory last IDE Forcefield Generator.


Killing Hyperion

  • The interval from 100% to 80% of Hyperion's HP
    • After 3 times Powerful Energy Blast, Hyperion will start attack.
    • Tanker should stand against to this 3 times Powerful Energy Blast alone by using Iron Skin.
  • The interval from 80% to 60% of Hyperion's HP
    • Hyperion will change skill pattern after Eerie Howl. and will summon adds.
    • After killed these adds, continue attack Hyperion. Magician type adds should be killed first at the moment.
  • The interval from 60% to 45% of Hyperion's HP
    • Hyperion will use IDE Aetheric Field after Eerie Howl. and will summon many adds.
    • After killed these all of adds asap, focus attack Hyperion when the IDE Aetheric Field is gone.
  • The interval from 45% to 25% of Hyperion's HP
    • The interval of Hyperion's skill will be shortly.
    • Tanker can use Remove Shork only for Aerial Sweep. Because, it's very dangerous that inflicted by Aerial Sweep → Takedown combo.
  • The interval from 25% to 10% of Hyperion's HP
    • Hyperion will use IDE Aetheric Field after Eerie Howl. and will summon many adds.
    • After killed these all of adds asap, focus attack Hyperion when the IDE Aetheric Field is gone.
  • The interval from 15% to 0% of Hyperion's HP
    • Hyperion will burn up. Hyperion's skill will inflict more damage and summon more adds than before.
    • All of members can use suvival skill or DP skill and should focus killing Hyperion.


Organization & Role

- Group 1 : Tanker(1), Damage Dealer(3), Healer(2)
- Group 2 : Reso(1)[1], Damage Dealer(3), Healer(2)
  • Tanker
    • Templar, should announce continuosly the random target of AOE attack.
  • Melee
    • Gladiator or Assasin, should mark the adds for killing them 1 by 1 asap.
  • Long ranged damage dealer
    • Ranger, Sorcerer, SpritMaster, Gunslinger or Songweaver etc, should stay in 15m from Hyperion and kill the marked adds 1 by 1 asap.
  • Healer
    • Cleric or Chanter, concern healing and buff. using HP seted gears will be helpfull.
  • Reso
    • Ranger, Sorcerer, SpritMaster, Gunslinger or Songweaver etc, concern destory 2 IDE Resonator during all the time.

  • Group 1
    • Tanker : keep distance 2m from Hyperion
    • Melee : position at Hyperion's back and keep distance 2m from Hyperion
    • Healer : position at 12 O'clock direction on the map and keep distance 15m from Hyperion
  • Group 2
    • Reso : position at island that 7 O'clock direction on the map.
    • Melee : position at Hyperion's back and keep distance 2m from Hyperion
    • Long ranged damage dealer : position at 7 O'clock direction on the map and keep distance 15m from Hyperion
    • Healer : position at 12 O'clock direction on the map and keep distance 15m from Hyperion
  • Warning
    • Healer and Long ranged damage dealer should keep distance 15m from Hyprion. Because, if Hyperion move out the circle, Hyperion will be reset. Hyperion's attack range is 16m.
    • Reso should not attack Hyprion. Because, if Hyperion target reso by random, Hyperion move out the circle.


IDE Resonator

- IDE Resonator is at 3, 6, 9, 12 O'clock direction on mid-air.
- Reso should destory atleast 1 IDE Resonator (usually 2) and Hyperion Defense Turret all the time.
- The Invincible Shield upgrade resonance occurs for the completion of the energy charge. / Unable to Destroy
- If Reso fail destory IDE Resonator, all members will be die.



Random AOE

- Hyperion uses a AOE skill to a random target.
- Always tankers that target the Hyperion will continue to announce who is used to these AOE skill.
- In addition, the member who received the attention of the tankers are not to damage the other members is characterized as a broad, must move quickly to the place that can fit alone.

Summoned Monster

  • If Hyperion's HP is less than 80%, Adds are summoned at regular interval.
  • If the summoned monster is treated, Monsters processing order is [① Balaur magic → ② Balaur elite → ③ gloves].
  • After taking aggro from adds, it is effective to hold it onto the vicinity of each group healer.
  • If adds get aggro to Reso, it's very dangerous. so, group 2 should kill adds asap.
